• All orders are processed in the order that they are received. High volume in orders can cause delays in processing and shipping time.

• All products are non refundable, if you have any issues with your order please contact us we are happy to resolve the issue

• Note that we do not refund any orders under any circumstances. Once an order is placed it can not be canceled. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE)

• If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a $5 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.

• Processing takes 1-3 business days

• Divinely Lavished is not responsible for any custom fees with international packages.

• Divinely Lavished is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you personally must contact the United States Post Office @ (1-800-275-8777)

Any lost, stolen, damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS

• Once the package leaves our facility and is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable.

• By placing your order you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Divinely Lavished will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.

• Larger orders may be subject to confirmation via text or email before your order is processed and shipped.

•Pre sale items means they are not in stock but on the way, Pre sale items take 1-4 weeks for arrival, once a pre sale order is placed it will not be refunded, as you agree to the waiting period specified above.
